Admin: love it or hate it, the majority of organisations won’t survive without it, in some form. Done properly, admin can save you heaps of time and give you easy access to essential organisational data. But if your admin systems aren’t easy to follow and don’t collect the right information, you can soon find yourself in a right old pickle.
But fear not: we love admin. We’re admin fiends, in fact. There’s a process for everything, and everything’s part of a process – that’s what we believe. So we’ll be more than happy to look at your organisation’s admin systems, figure out why they’re not giving you what you want, and fix them for you.
- If your existing admin systems are inefficient and causing you or your employees to waste a lot of time, we can look at them and identify more efficient ways of doing things
- If there’s nothing wrong with your existing admin systems but you need some standard operating procedures to help you train new employees, we can write these for you
- We can set up additional admin systems to complement your existing ones
- We can produce new administrative documents for you – such as on-screen versions of application forms, or spreadsheets and databases to help you keep track of information
- We can write clear English user guides/manuals that we’ve tested against the products to which they refer
- We’re happy to come into your organisation and train your team to use any admin systems that we’ve set up for you
