In our experience, the boundaries of the marketing manager role have a tendency to become a bit blurred, especially in smaller organisations. Depending on the marketing manager’s skills, she can find herself writing a marketing plan one day, greeting visitors the next, and setting up new administrative processes for the entire organisation the day after that. And in between, she’ll be organising travel and accommodation, checking web stats, organising a team bonding event and getting to grips with the latest sales figures.
So, although we’re essentially a marketing services provider, we’ve blurred our boundaries a little to include some of those tasks that as marketing managers we’ve often found ourselves undertaking, including administrative and office management services. We’ve bundled them together as ‘business management services’ for the sake of neatness, but you can find out about each of them in more detail by clicking on the links below.
