If you want to send professional-looking, branded HTML newsletters to your opted-in subscribers but don't want the expense of a fully managed service, our self-serve email newsletter service is ideal for you.

We'll design and create your custom, branded HTML newsletter template, then set up your account at our campaign management centre where you can quickly and easily send HTML newsletters to your subscribers whenever you like. You don't need to have any HTML skills; simply drop in your stories and off you go.

If you want to use our service to send text-only newsletters, and therefore don't require an HTML template, we'll reduce the setup fee; to find out more, please download our brochure (there's a link at the bottom of this page).

• The campaign management and reporting centre is very easy to use and has a comprehensive help section to answer your questions, but we also provide support by email if you get stuck, for no additional fee
• Bounces and unsubscribes are processed automatically, so your mailing list will always be clean and up-to-date

How pricing works

The £125 one-off setup fee covers the following:

• Creating a customised HTML newsletter template and header image, based on your brief and brand guidelines, and testing the template with you
• Setting up your account at our campaign management centre

The usage fee covers the following:

• Each time you send a campaign (for example, your monthly newsletter) we'll charge you a flat £5, plus 1p per recipient. For example, if you send your newsletter to 100 subscribers on the same day of every month, we'll charge you £6 per month in broadcast fees; if your mailing list contained 1,000 subscribers, the fee per broadcast would be £15.

Additional templates (for example, if you want to send different newsletters to separate customer groups) are £90 each.

We'll reduce the setup fee if you want to send text-only emails and therefore don't need an HTML template (see our brochure for full details).

There is no separate annual fee or licence fee, and no charge for hosting your mailing list, no matter how big it is.
